Merino wool is a naturally hydrophilic fiber. This means that it has the ability to hold as much as 30 percent of its weight in water before exuding a feeling of wetness. Additionally, it's anti-microbial so that you won't stink after hours on the bike no matter how much you sweat. The blend of polyester and elastane in the Dolomite keeps the base layer fitting close to the skin, which helps it wick moisture away. It was designed with a zip neck and flat lock seam construction for comfort.
