This is a Ready to Run Expert Built R/C car. The product is a result of Tamiya's expert builders assembling the kit at Tamiya's factory. Each kit is hand built, painted and finished so the user may enjoy Radio Control action right out of the box.
All you need is 2-AA batteries for the controller and your choice of battery pack and charger (sold separately).  Please make sure to purchase a battery of Ni-Cd BATTERY 7.2V for R/C or Ni-HM BATTERY 7.2V for R/C or LF BATTERY 6.6V for R/C.
This item includes a wheel-type transmitter. The 2.4GHz transmitter eliminates the need for frequency crystals, and is factory-paired with the receiver in the model to ensure that the receiver communicates with that transmitter only.
The aerodynamic form of the beautiful Nissan GT-R has been precisely reproduced with its lightweight polycarbonate body being mounted on the equally impressive TT-01 Type-E chassis. LED lights depict realistic head and tail lights. The lightweight polycarbonate body precisely captures the beautiful lines of the GT-R-Racing Slicks (Item 50419) provide excellent traction for high-speed racing.

Type 540 motor installed on the impressive shaft-driven 4WD TT-01Type-E chassis.
Improved steering linkage design features TA05 steering posts for sharper steering re-sponse.
Equipped with LED Light Unit TLU-01. *It is possible to assemble with LED Light Control Unit TLU-02 (sold separately).
2 white and 2 red 5mm LED lights (total 4) are included.
Both front & rear light cases have two 5mm and four 3mm LED Light installation points.-Comes in PS-23 Gun Metal color.
ESC and Expec 2-channel R/C system included.
