Amazing  Very soft and comfortable! Purchased 1 for dad and sent 1 to my niece for her college dorm room!
Mattress topper - I purchased this to use on my air mattress when camping. Item was in a box rolled up; there was no damage. I have used it once so far, and it is perfect for the camping scenario.
Restful Cushioning - Topper has helped make a horribly uncomfortable day-bed much more restful. Not sure how long that will last since design is such that the topper can't be flipped, or reversed end to end if you respect the "zones.". But it's great for now. Came way too over-packaged in protective wrap and really heavy duty shelving box and then a far too large shipping box.
